I’m a former Microsoft leader, α certified international Executive Coach, advisor and a speaker.
But what you trully need to know is that I spent YEARS grappling with the challenge of breaking through to a career that felt authentic to me- one that I loved and felt at peace with- before finally figuring it out and becoming the executive I knew I could be.
I transitioned from feeling frustrated, undervalued, initially unable to unleash all my potential and have the impact I desired. Eventually, I became a successful leader, transforming an organization and driving 8-digit sales revenue with my team. I finally utilized all my talents and experiences to create my own portfolio career and passion business, providing me with more freedom and flexibility.
What I discovered was that many women I encountered faced similar challenges, getting stuck in the same places I did. Αs a result, their careers hit a plateau, leaving them feeling trapped and drained of energy—leading, for some, to burnout.
So I made it my mission to understand what it takes to create a fulfilling career that brings wealth, growth and freedom and how I can teach that to others.
The truth is, this knowledge is learnable and we can change our energy to attract and negotiate better circumstances!
My goal is to help you learn it and break through to a portfolio career that really reflects who you are and pays for your talents -just like I did, but in a much shorter time frame.
